Dental implants are used in a variety of ways to replace one or more missing teeth. Dental implants can provide a result that looks, feels and functions just like natural teeth. With proper care and maintenance dental implants can last a lifetime.
Dr. Hall’s office is unique in that he can perform all procedures related to implant placement and restoration in the office. From planning to placement and restoration, one provider will care for you from start to finish.
Most implant placement is planned virtually using 3D imaging so that the surgery is precise and the recovery time is minimal. Sometimes additional procedures such as bone grafting or sinus augmentation is needed in order to provide the proper space for dental implant placement. These procedures can be performed in our office.
Dr. Hall uses a specific technique for preserving gum tissue and bone surrounding dental implants. The use of custom abutments (connectors between the implant fixture and the dental crown) provides the most esthetically pleasing and functionally harmonious result for our patients. Dr. Hall has been invited to lecture on the process of using custom abutments to enhance the appearance and health of dental implants at several dental meetings across the southeast.
When it comes to replacing multiple teeth, dental implants can be used in a very strategic manner so that only a few implants can be placed to provide support for many teeth. Implant supported dental bridges and implant supported dentures can provide beautiful and stable tooth replacement while minimizing surgeries and cost.
