Payment Plans
Convenient monthly payment plans can be arranged through CareCredit. CareCredit can be used for dental, medical, vision, chiropractic, and other cosmetic and health care procedures. There are many plan options including 0% interest rates and extended plan options for up to as much as 60 months. To learn more, please visit CareCredit or contact our staff. Payment options can also be arranged through Capital One and Springstone Patient Financing
Insurance Information
Our office is committed to helping you use your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.
